LODGE ADMINISTRATOR JOB OPENING

In this capacity, the Lodge Administrator shall have the following duties and undertake the

following responsibilities:

Financial Management:

•   Maintain financials in QuickBooks including bank reconciliation and bill payments.

•  Draw and sign all checks, countersigned by the President or Treasurer

•  Collect funds from all sources, outside of Social Quarters deposits and issue receipts

•  Make minimum weekly cash bank deposits

•  Maintain payroll

• Maintain Insurance policies and coverages

• Prepare and file gaming reports and sales tax filings/reports

• Prepare and submit required Moose Reporting

Bar/Restaurant Management

• Assume role of acting Social Quarters Manager as needed

             Membership Records

• Maintains accurate membership records

• Attend, record, and maintain meeting minutes (with required signatures) for all Lodge meetings

             Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all licensing for as required

             Lodge Operations

• Schedule and oversee necessary property management and maintenance

             Other

• §  Attend the following meetings/conferences: District/Association/International

• §  Maintain Social Hall Rental contracts and rental operations

• Part-time (20-30 hours/week) - Pay will be negotiated based on experience.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to work with the Board of Officers and Membership is a must.

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including some evenings/weekends, special events.

• Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks is preferred.
